Over the course of 2011 Solway
Heritage wound down most of its activities and the Company no longer has employees. The Board of Directors will continue
to manage the Landfill Communities Fund and from 1st February 2012 the Company's registered address will be the hub, 24-26 Friars Vennel, Dumfries, DG1 2RL.

LANDFILL COMMUNITIES FUND The next Board of Directors meeting at which applications
for funding from the Landfill Communities Fund will be considered is on Friday 23rd March 2012. Completed application
forms should be submitted no later than Friday 2nd March.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT FROM WINDFARMS
As of 1st January 2012, Dumfries and Galloway Council will manage Community Benefit Funds from
Dalswinton, Minsca, North Rhins and Robin Rigg Windfarms, as well as new developments. A dedicated Developers' Contributions
Officer will be in post from early January and can be contacted in the Council's Economic Development Service, Business
and Enterprise Team on 01387 260078.
DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY ENVIRONMENTAL
RESOURCES CENTRE (DGERC) BUGS IN GARDENS (BiG) PROJECT The Environmental
Resources Centre and Bugs in Gardens project have moved premises. As of October 2011, they are being hosted by
Southern Uplands Partnership and based at: Studio 1, Hillhead Mill, Kirkgunzeon, Dumfries, DG2 8LA. Their new telephone number
is 01387 760274 or you can email them at info@dgerc.org.uk. ECOSCHOOLS DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY The EcoSchools project in Dumfries
